Waterproofing Audit

Ross Taylor & Associates perform investigative audits of buildings to report on the extent of current and potential waterproofing issues.

Our audit report provides qualitative and quantitative data which are essential for effective preventative maintenance planning and for developing documentation for any remedial works required.

The main typical waterproofing issues covered within the audit include bathroom, balcony, window and podium leaks along with tile leaching and bulging.

These issues are examined by our qualified auditors using a combination of inspection techniques including visual observation, fibre-optic endoscope, resistivity moisture meter, digital measurement of floor falls, examination of stud wall cavities (1 in 10 units), carpet smooth edges, underlays and testing for drummy balcony tiles.
