New Construction Waterproofing Audits 

Once the correct design is in place it is critical that the principals embedded are carried through in the construction and waterproofing phases on site. We provide a site audit role which follows the philosophy of 'collect redirect and drain'. Our handheld audit device with over 60 checklist questions which compares not only membranes but also the substrate construction with the design documents and applicable standards. This ensures any problems with the pouring of concrete, placement of drainage or wall construction are picked up well before any waterproofing membrane or sealant system is applied.

While we normally carry out these audits on approximately 50% of balconies, bathrooms, roofs or basements, this frequency of inspection can be altered to suit project needs.

Detailed audit reports can then be provided on a weekly or monthly basis.
